Revolutionizing the Beauty Industry: The Hair Community Story
I'm Jully Cornea.
Expert in the beauty industry with over 15 years of experience, in which I went through all the stages and made considerable efforts to reach the level I am today.
I want to reveal a secret: five years ago, I chose to differentiate myself from my colleagues in the industry and focus exclusively on the art of dyeing, that was when I became a trainer and speaker exclusively for professionals in the Hair segment.
My most important project in the online environment is based on an educational platform: www.haircommunity.ro made 3 years ago.
In this educational platform we have more than 250 subscribers annually, who are eager to evolve, develop, accumulate new information and enjoy the educational materials that we upload weekly.
I started to understand the power of online and focus on this segment and learn how to profit from it, and right now we have some projects that we think will be impactful for our audience.
We are running a MARATHON consisting of 3 modules:
Mode 1 - 30 painting techniques.
In this exciting module, we will introduce you to a world of dyeing with no less than 30 different techniques. From balayage to ombre, you will learn to create stunning effects, play with shades and turn any hair into a work of art.
Module 2 - Colorimetry Lessons.
This module is a journey through the universe of colorimetry. Starting with the basics and getting to advanced techniques, you will understand colors in depth and become masters of combinations and choosing the right shades.
Module 3 - Professional and personal development.
In this module, we will help you grow both professionally and personally. Special guests and experts will share with you knowledge about development in the industry, time management and personal development.
In addition to all this, we also organize physical congresses or conferences for those in the beauty industry attended by hundreds of hairstylists, but we also periodically have refresher courses that we organize, both with me as a trainer in my specialty, but also with special guests who want us to take care of their projects.
