Bookr launches two new features: group appointments and services at the hours that suit you!
Bookr becomes even more flexible!
Bookr becomes more efficient for businesses and team members. We've introduced two essential features that give you more control over services and appointments. Customers can schedule faster, and you save time.
1. Group services with limited seats
If you're organizing sessions that involve multiple people at the same time — for example, group workouts, yoga classes, beauty classes, or group therapies — you can now manage them directly from Bookr.
After you add a service, you can check that it is for groups, and then set:
- maximum number of participants,
- the time intervals in which the service takes place,
- the days available for this type of appointment.
What the client sees:
- the exact time of the meeting,
- the total number of available seats,
- how many places are already occupied,
- whether the session is fully booked or not.
If there are still places, the customer makes his reservation on the spot. If not, it can choose the next availability displayed in the calendar. This functionality completely eliminates the need for messages on WhatsApp for frequently asked questions like “How many more places are there?” or “What time does class start?”.
2. Services available only at fixed hours
Some services are offered only at certain times of the day or only on certain days of the week. You can now set exact availability times for each service. For example:
- a stretching class only on Monday and Wednesday mornings,
- an express haircut in the period from 9:00 to 11:00,
- a massage session only in the evening, after 18:00
These settings can be applied directly from your staff account, and the customer will clearly see when the service is available. In addition, you can associate certain intervals with special discounts or promotions, such as Happy Hour. This functionality allows you to better organize your schedule, avoid overlaps and capitalize on the hours when you know you are in higher demand.

Schedule quickly and efficiently without answering messages or calls. You have complete control over your schedule: from the number of participants in a service, to the exact days and times it can be booked. Customers see all the details directly in the app and make their appointment with no further questions asked.
